Manual Hydraulic Press Series offers powerful and precise embossing capabilities for gold and silver coins in high-volume workshop or minting environments. Designed for manual operation, the 60-ton and 80-ton hydraulic presses are ideal for crafting premium coins, medals, tokens, and emblematic discs.

These machines are built with a high-capacity hydraulic system, powered by 3 HP to 5 HP double-speed motors, and pull oil from an industrial-grade tank. The oil is forced through pressure lines into a reinforced hydraulic cylinder that delivers vertical motion for deep, accurate embossing. Seal rings in the cylinder prevent oil leakage and ensure durability.

The BMT-60 model is capable of embossing gold coins up to 20 grams and silver coins up to 10 grams, while the BMT-80 accommodates even larger formats.
