Hydraulic Press is a robust, high-pressure manually operated press designed for embossing gold and silver coins with precision and consistency. Available in 30-ton and 40-ton capacity models, this press is ideal for artisan and industrial coin minting applications.

The 30-ton model allows embossing of:

• Gold coins ranging from 1 mg to 10 grams

• Silver coins from 1 mg to 5 grams

The press operates via a manual hydraulic system that draws oil from a 40-liter tank using a 2 HP single pump (3 HP optional). The hydraulic oil is transferred through steel-reinforced tubes into the cylinder, creating pressure that enables vertical pressing action. Oil-seal rings inside the hydraulic cylinder prevent leakage and ensure operational stability over long use.
