The BMT-RMDG Series Single Head Double Gear Rolling Mills are designed for heavy-duty sheet and wire rolling applications in jewelry and industrial metal processing. These mills feature high-capacity rolls, reinforced with double gear mechanisms, delivering consistent pressure, deeper reduction, and smooth operation under heavy loads.

With a range of roll sizes from 6" × 3" to 8" × 5", these machines are ideal for processing wider sheets and customized wire grooving, making them versatile for gold, silver, copper, and non-ferrous alloy applications.

All models are equipped with powerful motors (up to 7.5 HP) and are compatible with optional full wire groove rolls and fiddling guides for extended functionality.

The BMT-RMSF Series Single Head Rolling Mills are precision motorized machines engineered for efficient sheet and wire rolling in jewelry and light metalworking industries. These rolling mills are equipped with hardened steel rolls, robust drive systems, and variable roll configurations to suit a variety of shaping and sizing tasks.

These machines offer exceptional performance for processing materials like gold, silver, copper, brass, and other non-ferrous metals, with options for fully grooved wire rolls and half-round shaping grooves. Available in 1.5 HP and 2 HP variants, the RMSF series is ideal for high-precision operations with consistent output and operator-friendly controls.

All models are available in 1 Phase (220V) or 3 Phase (440V) configurations.

The BMT IMPEX Single Head Rolling Mills with Gearbox are precision motorized rolling machines designed for flattening, forming, and grooving sheet and wire used in jewelry and metal forming industries. Available in two models – BMT-RMGE001 and BMT-RMGE002 – these machines are equipped with hardened steel rolls, motorized gearbox operation, and a range of wire and sheet forming capabilities.

Built for smooth and vibration-free operation, these mills support sheet rolling up to 54 mm wide and wire grooves ranging from 0.75 mm to 10.5 mm. Ideal for production of wires, strips, and textured materials in gold, silver, copper, and alloys.
